Book yourself in at library

Have your say

BARNSLEY library is inviting people to become a book on October when the town’s Human Library takes place at the library in Shambles Street.

The books wanted for this year are people who might face discrimination or prejudice, for example because of their disability, sexual orientation, race or age.

They will then be loaned out by the library for conversation about their life experiences with members of the public. Areas within the library will be set aside for conversation.
