Bogus gas board workers conned a 92-year-old Sheffield man into letting them into his house.

They called at the pensioner's home in Chantrey Road, Woodseats, claiming that his boiler needed checked.

The OAP said one was around 45 and the other 16.

They got into his house but nothing was stolen.

Anyone with information should call South Yorkshire Police on 101.
