Thank you for nothing Sheffield Council!

My disabled parking badge expires on Sunday.

I sent off for it to be renewed at the end of February.

Two weeks ago I rang to check the status as I hadn’t heard anything, after two phone calls (first ringing for 59 minutes with no answer) the second call answered after 45 minutes, the “helpline” operator informed me it was waiting in the system to be done.

I asked if I would receive it before the old one expired only to be told they couldn’t answer that.

I can: “No it wont.”
