A FOUR-day beer festival is being held at a South Yorkshire brewery’s pub.

The Old No7, at Market Hill, Barnsley, which is owned by Acorn Brewery, is staging the event from noon today until Sunday.

There will be more than 30 real ales, ciders and continental beers available.

The beer festival is being held to coincide with the pub receiving Campaign for Real Ale Barnsley’s Pub of the Year 2012 award less than 12 months after it opened.
