Bar plan for Sheffield city centre clothing shop

Christian Sinclair, who runs Sinclairs in Glossop Road, has applied to change the use of the building housing his businesses.

According to the plans, Mr Sinclair wants to move the retail business to a new location.

In its place would be a bar with opening hours of 7am to midnight Sunday to Thursday, and 7am to 2.30am on Friday and Saturday.

To mitigate the extra noise, a suspended ceiling would be installed for the benefit of the flats above the bar.
