Audiology department passes new accreditation

The new accreditation demonstrates that the department is providing an excellent standard of care to patients.

Liza Smeeton, Head of Audiology, said: “Our team in Audiology has worked incredibly hard to ensure that we meet the highest standards and this accreditation is testament to the great work we continue to do.”

“We’re very responsive to feedback and are constantly looking at how to make things better for patients. We set up a patient involvement group to help us develop our service and provide a better experience for patients when they visit the department. Quality care is priority.”
