Atkinsons brings The Children’s Hospital Charity’s #TeamTheo merch to Sheffield city centre

The selection of goodies, featuring the charity’s logo and popular Theo the bear mascot, arrived in Sheffield city centre mid-June, and includes Theo teddies, special edition mugs designed and produced by Moorland Pottery and a brand-new stationary collection.

It’s part of Atkinsons' ongoing support for the charity and Sheffield Children’s Hospital; they’ve already raised tens of thousands of pounds through in-store collections, general fundraising and by taking part in events like Pyjama Day.

The Charity’s Fundraising Hub Officer, Jane Darby, said: “We’re so excited to have our #TeamTheo stock in store at Atkinsons. The team there have been very supportive of the Charity, so this retail partnership is just another incredible way that they’re getting behind us.

“The money raised through sales of our Charity merchandise helps to change the lives of the children and young people who visit Sheffield Children’s. It supports specialist treatment from head to toe by funding life-saving equipment, new facilities, a comfortable environment and vital research, which changes paediatric care for thousands of children from across the world.

“We couldn’t be more grateful to Atkinsons for their support and hope that you will pop along to see what we have to offer.”

In addition to the merchandise offer, Atkinsons is holding an in-store family fun day in support of the charity on Friday 25th August. There will be lots of fun activities, such as a Theo adventure trail around the shop and a meet and greet with Theo in the main restaurant.
