Association provides small community project grants

Rotherham Federation of Communities will be awarding small grants of up to £200 to projects that benefit Eastwood Village residents.

The grants have been made possible by a donation from Eastwood Village Community Association, which closed down in February 2016, and the federation welcomes nominations from new, interesting and exciting community projects.

RotherFed development manager Steve Ruffle said: “When it closed down, residents involved with the Eastwood Village Community Association wanted to leave some sort of legacy and these small grants hopefully will just do that.”

Email [email protected] for an application form, which must be completed and returned to the same email address by 5pm on July 1.
