Three planning appeals have been lodged with the Secretary of State following delegated decisions made by Sheffield City Council.
An appeal has been made against the council's decision to refuse planning permission for demolition of existing buildings and the erection of a three storey block comprising 12 dwellings at 62, 64 and 66 High Street, Ecclesfield, Sheffield.
A further appeal has been made against the authority's decision to refuse advertising consent for an illuminated fascia and retention of two illuminated display boxes at The Common Room, 127 - 129 Devonshire Street, Sheffield.
A third appeal has been made against the authority's decision to refuse advertisement consent for the removal of four existing hoardings and the erection of two illuminated digital sheet displays by Clear Channel UK, at the junction of Botsford Street and Rutland Road, Sheffield.
An earlier appeal to the Secretary of State against the delegated decision of the council to refuse planning consent for erection of a detached outbuilding to use as office accommodation at 7 Chelsea Rise, Sheffield, was dismissed.
