Appeal to Rotherham folk to wear a daffodil pin
Marie Curie's Great Daffodil Appeal is launching in Rotherham this month and the charity is asking people to make a donation and wear a daffodil pin to support people living with terminal illness.
All the funds raised from the appeal - the charity’s biggest fundraiser - will help Marie Curie Nurses provide care to someone living with a terminal illness, so they can spend more time with the people they love.
Collections will be held at Maltby Tesco on February 27-28, Asda Rotherham on March 4-6 and Rotherham town centre on March 5.
