APPEAL: Can you help reunite owner with wedding ring found in Doncaster?

An appeal has gone out to find the owner of a wedding ring lost in Doncaster town centre.

The ring was found in the Frenchgate Centre - and the person who found it, who wishes to remain anonymous, is keen to reunite it with its owner.

He said: "It looks like quite an old person's wedding ring and I would imagine they will be devastated."

The ring has an inscription inside that only the owner would know.

The ring was found in the Frenchgate Centre on December 12 last year.

Anyone with information should email the Free Press and we will pass on the queries to the finder.
