Anne Frank exhibition opens in Rotherham

An exhibition about the life of Anne Frank has opened to the public in Rotherham.

The exhibition in Rotherham Council’s Riverside Library Gallery is free and features photos of Anne and draws on themes from the famous diary the German schoolgirl wrote while in hiding in Amsterdam during the Nazi occupation of the Netherlands during World War II.

Teenage ambassadors who have been trained as guides to talk to visitors at the exhibition.

Twenty schools have booked in to make visits.
