Action Desk: TV on demand service had '˜four day black out' problem

A Sheffield man who tried Sky's on demand service NOW TV has told Action Desk his service went down for four days on his two week free trial.

Aiden McGeonn of Arbourthorne, said he’s tried in vain to contact NOW TV to sort out the problems but keeps getting passed around.

“I’ve tried to find a contact number, I’ve rang around other parts of Sky and I can’t seem to get through to anyone.

“There isn’t even an email address or anything to contact, the help page isn’t helpful at all.

“It’s not very good when you get a free trial but half of the days you can’t watch anything.

“I’m sure I’m not the only one who has had problems with them.

Sky has been contacted for a comment.

NOW TV is an on demand service from broadcasting giant Sky which offers a wide range of TV programmes.
