Gillian Foxcroft, prosecuting, said police attended after a report of a domestic incident.

Hill, of Longcroft Court, Grangewood, Chesterfield, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in public after the incident on April 24. He also admitted being in breach of a conditional discharge for an assault.

The defendant told the court he and his former partner had been drinking and he was sorry. Magistrates fined Hill £200 and he must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
