New housing development in Sheffield

A housebuilder is returning to a Sheffield suburb with the launch of a brand new development just a few hundred metres from homes which it constructed between 2014 – 2016.

Miller Homes' development of 138 properties will include some affordable housing. A range of 2,3,4 and 5 bedroom homes will be built on land just off Hemsworth Road in Norton.

The development has been named after J G Graves, a local well respected businessman and entrepreneur who was a major benefactor to the city before his death in 1945.

Graves Fold is located on Hemsworth Road, Norton, Sheffield, S8 8LL. It is 20 minutes’ walk from the city centre and five minutes’ walk to the open space of Graves Park.
