WorkWave launches AI-powered decision intelligence platform across UK, Australia and New Zealand

WorkWave has expanded the availability of its Wavelytics decision intelligence platform to the UK, Australia and New Zealand, giving service businesses access to AI-driven insights.
WorkWave has announced the launch of its Wavelytics decision intelligence platform in the UK, Australia and New Zealand, expanding access to the company's AI-powered technology for workforce management and service businesses.
Integrated within WorkWave's Timegate+ workforce management software, the platform is designed to provide near real-time operational insights, helping businesses identify priorities, improve decision-making and drive profitability.
According to the company, Decision Intelligence uses data from operations, finance, payroll and compliance systems to deliver actionable recommendations. Through the Wavelytics Data Factory, information is consolidated and analysed to provide businesses with insights aimed at improving performance and margins.
Kevin Kemmerer, CEO of WorkWave, said the platform helps customers move beyond analysing historical data and instead focus on taking proactive action.
"Decision intelligence turns the data Timegate+ already captures into a ranked list of what to prioritise while it's still early enough to act," he said.
"It moves our customers from reacting to historical data to proactively taking steps that drive financial goals."
The first feature available through the new platform is the Operations Hub, which has been developed for operational executives, regional managers, site managers and supervisors.
The hub is designed to identify issues that could affect profitability or compliance, highlighting the highest-priority concerns first and allowing users to drill down into specific operational details.
WorkWave said additional hubs are planned for future release, including quality and compliance, proof of service, HR and payroll.
Kemmerer added: "As our content hubs roll out, we're looking forward to our customers experiencing the full benefits of decision intelligence and using this AI-driven solution to take command of their data.
"By becoming data-driven organisations, our customers can proactively optimise their margins, quality and retention."
The launch marks the latest expansion of WorkWave's software offering, as businesses increasingly look to artificial intelligence and data analytics tools to improve efficiency, compliance and decision-making across their operations.
