Auction house Mark Jenkinson & son, of Norfolk Row, Sheffield city centre, had 39 lots for its online auction on Tuesday 26 January – including investment opportunities and homes in need of refurbishment across Sheffield.
Although two Sheffield properties are still available, a further 12 Steel City homes sold for a combined total of £1,701,500, against a total combined guide price of £1,266,000.
