Tom, who is returning after last year, is to show crowds how to prepare crab agnolotti, preparing a whole crab, and is hoping to meet Mary.

He said: “I’ll be concentrating on one dish but showing people transferrable skills, the crab, pasta and sauce can all be used in different things.”

There will also be 70 artisan producers and a vintage tea room at the fair.

Goodbye coffee waste

The pair chose completely compostable cups and lids made with a plant based rather than plastic lining in Britain to use in their new shop.

“With figures showing the city’s recycling rate is still below the UK average we wanted to help not hinder local efforts,” said the couple.

“We are really pleased with the look and feel of the product and delighted with the environmental credentials.”

A taste of Italy

Sheffield eateries are shortlisted in the second annual English Italian Awards.
