Call for Fox Valley fashion fans to help Sheffield's Bluebell Wood hospice

The shopping centre will be hosting the charity on Saturday, September 5 to coincide with the popular Farmers’ Market.

Fox Valley extended its charity partnership with Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice after much of its planned fundraising activity had to be paused through the pandemic.

Now the shopping centre is looking forward to welcoming Bluebell Wood’s trusty collections van to take donations.

Bag it for Bluebell will then return on the first Saturday of each month.

Rachael Dawes, corporate fundraising manager at Bluebell Wood, said: “We’re delighted to have extended our charity partnership with Fox Valley and we can’t wait for the Farmers’ Market in September.

“Our Bag it for Bluebell days are always fantastically well received and, with each bag collected worth an average of £15, people’s generosity helps us make a real difference to local children and families.

Bluebell Wood’s collection van will be parked at near Iceland and Home Bargains, and all necessary safety precautions will be in place to make sure people feel safe when donating their items.
