Groups from all over the city have been preparing for the Parkwood springs Beacons Lantern Procession on Saturday October 12.

Joint Chair of the Friends of Parkwood Springs Neill Schofield said: “This will be a magical event. Everyone is welcome to come, join in, and enjoy the special atmosphere."

The lantern processions have been bringing community and people of all ages together for the past five years and this year’s event will be bringing Indian street food, stalls, tea and coffee before the procession.
