Tiny 1.7kg Chihuahua found abandoned with just one tooth left needs a home
Gizmo was abandoned and severely underweight
A tiny Chihuahua weighing just 1.7kg is looking for a loving forever home after being found abandoned and taken into a pound.
Gizmo, an older Chihuahua with just one tooth remaining, was described as being severely underweight when he arrived and needed plenty of care and attention.

Helping Yorkshire Poundies stepped in to help the vulnerable dog, moving him into foster care while he recovered and prepared to find a permanent home.
A spokesperson for the charity said: “This teeny tiny little man needs a home.”
They said Gizmo was “very underweight” when he arrived and needed “lots of TLC”, adding that they could not turn down the chance to help him.
Despite his difficult start, Gizmo has a big personality and plenty of character.
The charity described him as a “typical Chi”, saying he is full of sass and particularly enjoys a cup of tea whenever he gets the chance.
He has also developed a taste for cat food, apparently preferring to steal it rather than eat his own.
Gizmo is said to bond closely with his chosen person and can become a little grumpy if he feels he has to share their attention.
The spokesperson said: “If you know and love Chis, you will totally understand this little Prince and his quirky personality.”
The rescue is now appealing for the right person to give Gizmo the loving home he deserves.
