Rescue centres across South Yorkshire need your help.
They are looking for forever homes for these 16 dogs right now.
Clyde, a Staffordshire Bulldog puppy, is seven weeks old and a certified heart breaker.
Somehow, this adorable pint-sized pup has sadly found himself in a rescue centre at such a young age - but charity Helping Yorkshire Poundies says he is “a little superstar already who is confident, happy, playful and everything you’d expect from a bull breed”.
Don’t let him steal your heart just yet - our gallery below has 15 other sweet dogs in South Yorkshire who deserve a home too.
Each of the pictures below comes with a link to their adoption page with Helping Yorkshire Poundies and Thornberry Animal Sanctuary - could you offer any of them a home?

1. Meet Clyde, "THE most adorable Staffy crossbreed" puppy at just seven weeks old
"Meet baby Clyde! He is approx 7 weeks old, and has sadly found himself in rescue at this tender age, but thankfully is thriving in foster care. Clyde is THE most adorable Staffy crossbreed (we do not know who his parents were) who is looking for a bull breed loving home to guide him through puppyhood and give him the best life! He’s a little superstar already who is confident, happy, playful and everything you’d expect from a bull breed – he hasn’t let his start in life hold him back! He is currently in foster care with another dog, and a dog savvy cat who he loves! We would love to rehome him with another dog – a neutered larger breed female would be ideal as a friend for him to play with. He can be rehomed with dog savvy children aged 6+. Clyde is most definitely a very special little boy who deserves to find a special forever home. He will need all of his training starting, an active home for when he’s matured, and socialisation to make sure he grows up to be the best boy. He’s got the world at his paws." - https://helpingyorkshirepoundies.co.uk/large/clyde/ | HYP

2. Roly the Pug Cross, a 10-years-young "giddy playful little boy"
"Roly the Pug cross is 10 years young and looking for his perfect home. He is the happiest little chap and super friendly with everyone he meets and is a proper little character! Nobody told Roly that he’s a ‘senior’! He’s a giddy, playful little boy who loves nothing more than giving kisses and having cuddles! He is in good health for his age, and still loves a nice walk, but he won’t be able to do any long hikes! Roly is very good around the house – he is housetrained, settles well, and can be left on his own for a few hours with no issues. He can happily live with another dog, but is not cat tested. He can be rehomed with children over 10. He is just an all round good boy who deserves a 5* home who will treasure him." - https://helpingyorkshirepoundies.co.uk/male/roly/ | HYP

3. Lyla the bully, "cheeky, playful, hilarious and with so much character"
"Love bull breeds?? Then meet the amazing Lyla!! She is approx 3 yrs old and urgently needs a home. Lyla is a typical Bully who loves everyone she meets and loves attention – she’s cheeky, playful, hilarious and has so much character. Lyla can be a strong girl if she pulls on lead, so needs someone used to bull breeds who is confident in handling her, but generally she walks quite well and isn’t actually a super high energy girl. She isn’t dog friendly, and needs a dog/pet free home with direct access to a fully secure garden. Please don’t let this put you off Lyla as she is very manageable and just needs someone who is used to bull breeds. She has been around children with no issues, but can be a bit boisterous at times when she’s excited, so she will do best in a calmer home with older children upwards. Lyla just needs to be given a chance – she would absolutely love to be someone’s Princess." - https://helpingyorkshirepoundies.co.uk/female/lyla/ | HYP

4. Biscotti the bull breed, "the sweetest boy" who "never puts a paw wrong"
"Biscotti is the sweetest boy who never puts a paw wrong. He is approx 5 yrs old and is a medium sized bull breed mix – he’s adorable with his short legs, big ears and long body! Biscotti is such a good boy who has spent time in foster care and proved to be perfect around the house – he is fully housetrained, calm and settles well in the home. He is fine to be left for a few hours – he’ll have an initial little whimper but settles quickly and then just sleeps. He also settles well downstairs overnight. He travels well, enjoys his walks (but is not a high energy boy – 2×30 or 40 min walks a day is more than enough for him). He is not reactive to other dogs – he sometimes pulls to other dogs, but once he’s met them he is not particularly interested. Biscotti can be rehomed with dog savvy children aged 8+. He is currently trialling anti itch medication (Zenrelia) as he has episodes of being very itchy around his belly, feet and face – this is something he may need long term to keep him comfortable. Biscotti is just the sweetest boy who will be a perfect addition to a family who love bull breeds." - https://helpingyorkshirepoundies.co.uk/male/biscotti/ | HYP
