The home on Dundas Road, in Tinsley, is in need of 'complete renovation' after a neighbouring property was torn about by a gas explosion.

Four people were injured in the blast in 2013, which one neighbour said at the time shook the street like an 'earthquake'.

The house at the centre of the explosion was torn down and rebuilt but major repairs are still required to the neighbouring address.

The brochure describes it as being 'of interest to builders' and says it is 'attractively priced to ensure sale'.
