Zoopla’s most viewed list is dominated by three bedroom homes which offer affordable family living.

Tom Parker, consumer spokesperson at Zoopla, said: “With the majority of Sheffield’s most viewed properties having three bedrooms, it’s clear that family homes are proving popular with home hunters.

"The list also reflects the national trend that three-bed semi-detached homes are the most popular property type, with these properties dominating the list.”
