But some areas are likelier to attract bigger price rises than others in 2021, as their streets become increasingly attractive and demand pushes up the value of houses.
We spoke to ELR – Sheffield’s oldest independent estate agency – to find out which city suburbs buyers are likely to focus on in the months to come.
