From grand houses in Dore to stunning properties in Whirlow and Ranmoor, these streets regularly dominate searches on property sites like Zoopla and Rightmove, tempting us all to take a sneak peek inside some of the city’s finest homes.
But which streets really top the list when it comes to price?
Thanks to new 2025 figures compiled by home sales experts Property Solvers, using official Land Registry data, we now know the city’s nine most expensive streets based on average sale prices.
Interestingly, one street appears more than once under different postcodes, showing just how desirable it is.
Below, we count down the top nine – and reveal how much, on average, it costs to buy a home on each of these elite streets.
