A Sheffield pub once described as perfect for game night with the Blades is to be sold at auction.

The Royal Standard, on St Mary’s Road, near to Sheffield United’s ground, will be auctioned on Tuesday, May 25, with a guide price of £375,000.

The pub’s website once described it as ‘perfect for a game night with your mates’.

Auctioneer Mark Jenkinson says the Royal Standard is substantial with residential accommodation in a prominent position.
