A two bed semi-detached house in Sheffield with ‘huge potential’ was auctioned for £30,000 above the guide price.

The house on Westnall Terrace, Shiregreen, sold for £75,000 after starting with a guide price of £45,000. It was said to have huge potential although in need of refurbishment throughout.
Auction House South Yorkshire said the property included a large wrap around garden which could be used to extend it or make a driveway.
The online auction was held today, July 29.
