This includes more than £660,000 towards education, £142,000 towards sustainable travel and £28,000 to Throapham Orchard.

Just outside the town of Dinnington, residents on the new development will appreciate the peace, surrounded by greenery and the orchard woodland. City life isn’t far with easy access to urban centres such as Sheffield and Rotherham as well as the M1 and A1.
