The developer’s popular part exchange scheme sees Taylor Wimpey offer to buy a customer’s existing property at a price agreed by two independent valuations.

The scheme is credited with helping buyers to avoid the stress of selling their home on the open market, managing and paying for estate agents, and worrying about house buying chains.

Meanwhile, the Government-backed help to buy initiative, allows for eligible buyers to secure their brand new home with just a five per cent deposit and an equity loan of up to 20 per cent – alleviating the burden of time saving for the all-important deposit.

Anne Bagshaw, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Yorkshire, explains: “We often see prospective buyers come through the doors at our developments, like The Wickets, who are either struggling to get together the deposit required, or having difficulties selling their existing homes.

“Part Exchange and Help to Buy can instantly ease such problems and not only speed up the buying process, but make it much more enjoyable, which is why we’re reminding those looking at buying a new home in the area to consider purchasing at The Wickets.”

One home currently available to buy using Part Exchange is the five-bedroom detached Wilton. The Wilton is a stylish home, which provides all the flexibility you need for luxurious family living.

The spacious lounge overlooks the front of the property. There is also a study which is ideal for those who work from home or just want a quiet space to relax in.

The first floor houses the master bedroom which comes complete with its own dressing area and en-suite shower room for added luxury. Two further bedrooms and the family bathroom are located off the central landing.

Moving up to the second floor there are two more generously proportioned bedrooms and a shower room.

Anne concludes: “We’ve already helped thousands of customers make their dreams come true by securing their forever home across the region, and we’d recommend anyone interested in purchasing a new home in Rotherham to come along to The Wickets and speak with our helpful sales team about what we can do for you.”
