A high profile parade of six shops in a Sheffield suburb is to be auctioned with a guide price starting at £400,00.

The shops are between 665-675 Chesterfield Road, Woodseats, and will be auctioned by Mark Jenkinson on April 13.

Mark Jenkinson says the shops need refurbishing and are on a site with rear car parking. Three of the shops are let and offering potential as a development/investment project.

There are 32 lots in the auction, including a salon and flat in Attercliffe, Sheffield a former vet’s surgery in Mexborough, Doncaster, and a cottage in Blyth, near Worksop.
