New build properties back on trend, says Sheffield estate agent

We’re finding the housing market is really buoyant at the moment and with borrowing becoming easier (the Council of Mortgage Lenders reported an eight-year high in mortgage borrowing) we are optimistic for market growth throughout 2016.

The BBC have stated that: “Consumer confidence is high...new buyer enquiries at estate agents have been rising quickly and point to mortgage approvals rising by a further five per cent over the next three months.”

We’ve definitely noticed this is the case.
