The purpose built surgery on Lowedges Road, Lowedges, dates from the early 1990s. It features consulting rooms, offices, staff room/kitchen, WCs and storage.
It will be auctioned online by Mark Jenkinson on Tuesday, May 25. The site is said to have ample parking space, with the potential for a variety of uses. It is one of 40 lots in the auction.
