The purpose built surgery on Lowedges Road, Lowedges, dates from the early 1990s. It features consulting rooms, offices, staff room/kitchen, WCs and storage.
It was auctioned online by Mark Jenkinson The site is said to have ample parking space, with the potential for a variety of uses. It was one of 40 lots in the auction, of which 27 sold. Deals could be concluded today for a further three properties.
