Affordable £2.6m homes scheme in a Sheffield estate now completed

Sanctuary Homes has finished the development on Berners Road which provides a mixture of two-and-three-bedroom homes.

Homes on the £2.6m scheme, part funded by Homes England, are all available for affordable rent and have been built by Sanctuary’s contractor, energy and regeneration specialist ENGIE.

Helen Wright, Sanctuary’s Head of Development for the North & Midlands, said: “We are pleased to have delivered these much-needed quality affordable homes in Arbourthorne.
