A stone built former Sunday School on one of Sheffield’s most popular streets is to be sold at auction.
Endcliffe Sunday School is in the BTG Eddisons July auction with a guide price of £750,000.
The building has two planning permissions: for a food hall, or nine apartments and four new town houses.
It has been on the market since February 2025 after Revolution Bars pulled out of plans to turn it into a food hall.
Built in 1927 as a Sunday School, in later years it was sold to the University of Sheffield and, in 1985, became the Traditional Heritage Museum.
The museum closed in 2011 and the building was last used by the university in 2016.
