The 10 most expensive streets in Sheffield in 2026 where buying a home easily tops £1m

And the highest recorded sale was £2.8m

Latest figures have revealed Sheffield’s 10 most expensive streets to buy a home, where the average can easily top £1m.

The average house price in Sheffield currently stands at around £220,000 - but the streets listed here are so pricey, the deposit to buy on one would be enough to buy other homes outright.

Now, Land Registry data over the past three years collected by Brickview shows Croft Lane in Whirlow commands Sheffield's highest average street price.

Meanwhile, nearby on Whirlowdale Road, the highest individual sale in the last three years was recorded at £2.825m.

Second place goes to Redlands House Mews in S17, where four sales averaged £1,390,000 and the highest transaction reached £2,030,000.

It may be no surprise the most expensive streets in Sheffield are clustered in areas like Dore, Whirlow, and all across the S11, S17, S10 and S18 postcodes.

Below are the 10 most expensive streets in Sheffield, from lowest to highest, and how much on average the homes there are worth.
