Hide AdZizzi, Tapas Revolution, Carluccio’s and Las Iguanas will join other venues at the centre already taking part in the Government’s Eat Out to Help Out scheme, which gives diners 50 per cent off food and non-alcoholic drinks on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays during August, up to a maximum of £10 per customer.
Darren Pearce, centre director at Meadowhall, said: “Our restaurants and cafes have really picked up momentum in recent weeks and I know that the impact of Eat Out to Help Out scheme has been overwhelmingly positive. It seems to be achieving exactly what we hoped it would, which is great news for everyone.
“We have also been able to extend the seating areas outside of our Oasis Dining Quarter, meaning our customers have been able to make the most of the great weather we’ve been having, both in the daytime and into the evening, with many of our restaurants open until 10pm Monday to Saturday, and 9pm Sundays.”
