Popular Sheffield bar closing for major refurbishment
A well-known bar in Sheffield, which is particularly popular with sports fans, is closing for a major refurbishment.
The Cavendish, on West Street in the city centre, is set to shut for three weeks from January 2 until its grand reopening on January 25.
A message at the bar says: “We’re so excited and can’t wait to share the new-look Cavendish with you!
“Up until this time (January 2) we may be running low on some food and drink items, so please be patient.”
