The planning application for the two-storey building was submitted by Chris Morgan from Two Punk Development Limited – a private company which develops building projects.
Near Sheffield United’s home ground, the site on 100-106 John Street will be transformed from an industrial building and shisha lounge to an indoor mini golf hall, complete with a bar and food hall.

The over 18s venue will feature graffiti artwork, crazy golf courses and be home to a food dining area and an upstairs and downstairs bar.
Ghetto Golf Sheffield aim to open their doors to customers in spring 2021 and there will also be 75 part-time jobs available at the new crazy golf hall.
The business’ name refers to graffiti culture and the art inspired courses are made by a team of street artists and set designers.

"The bar and food counters need to be accessible to, and usable by, wheelchair users as well as ambulant people.”
The ‘Birdies’ cocktail bar and food market will feature themed golf areas and photo opportunities for players.
