Muffin Break cafe to open in Crystal Peaks shopping centre in Sheffield
“We have spent considerable time identifying the right location for our Sheffield debut”
A Muffin Break café is set to open at Crystal Peaks Shopping Centre this September, bringing the award-winning bakery café brand to Sheffield for the first time.
The new store will create up to 15 jobs, including full-time and part-time positions, with recruitment currently underway.

Founded in Queensland, Australia, in 1989, Muffin Break expanded to the UK in 2001 and has since become one of the country's fastest-growing café franchises.
As with every Muffin Break café, products will be baked on-site daily, the firm says.
The brand is owned by the FoodCo UK group.

Michael Johnson, of FoodCo UK, said: "We are delighted to be bringing Muffin Break to Sheffield and to open our first store at Crystal Peaks this September.
“We have spent considerable time identifying the right location for our Sheffield debut, and Crystal Peaks offers the ideal combination of strong footfall, a loyal customer base and a fantastic community atmosphere.”
Crystal Peaks centre manager, Lee Greenwood, said Muffin Break was part of an exciting future at Crystal Peaks, to include a new cinema and several tenants taking larger spaces.
