How to get half price steak and pasta at Sheffield’s Lost & Found

A Sheffield bar is offering half price food so its customers don’t feel “glum” now that Eat Out to Help Out is over.

The new discount at Lost & Found on Ecclesall Road is on every Tuesday, for lunch and dinner, until November 10 and guests can enjoy a whopping 50 percent off steak and pasta when dining-in.

A spokesman for the bar said: “That means prime British aged steaks from just £8. All the steaks at Lost & Found are aged for a minimum of 21 days are cooked to perfection in a charcoal oven and come served with triple-cooked chips and a confit tomato."

The discount will see an 8oz rump for £8, an 8oz fillet for £12.50 and a 12oz. Argentinian rib-eye for £14.50.

Pasta dishes, after the 50 percent reduction has been applied, start at just £6 per dish with choices such as a hearty and filling Rich Beef Ragu Lasagne of confit beef, red wine, tomato sauces, mustard bechamel and Gran Moravia cheese; a Chicken Rigatone Pesto Rosso with spring onion, red onion, crème fraiche and basil and a vegetarian Gnocchi with Roasted Butternut Squash served with garden peas, garlic, crème fraîche topped with crispy sage, kale pesto and Gran Moravia cheese.

The spokesman added: “The Lost & Found is the perfect everyday escape in these challenging times – avant garde décor and creative botanical cocktails alongside delicious cocktails.”
