RESIDENTS of Misterton are being urged to make their views known about a proposed housing development.
Langley Homes have submitted a planning application to build 45 dwellings on land behind the fire station, which was previously designated for employment use.
Misterton Parish Council has expressed its disappointment at the limited benefit the village has received from another development by Langley, which amounted to two mini-roundabouts and a road leading to the latest proposed estate.
Councillors are also suggesting anyone affected by flooding should also make their views known to the planning officers at Bassetlaw District Council.
