Sheffield Christmas Markets 2019 prices – how much beer and mulled wine costs at Alpine Bar
A visit to Sheffield city centre's Alpine Bar will be on the To Do list for many this Christmas, but how much will it set you back?
Replacing the much-loved Sleigh Bar, the new must-visit attraction for Christmas shoppers opened last week.
As well as traditional options like mulled wine and beer, visitors can try more exotic alcoholic drinks like spiced gin or hot chocolate with Bailey's.
For those looking for a winter-warmer, you can enjoy a hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows for £4.
Alcoholic options are slightly more expensive - it will cost you £4.50 to enjoy your hot chocolate with either Bailey's or Amaretto.
Sticking with the sweet tooth options, a spiced cider is available for £4. You can get a spiced gin for the same price.
Meanwhile, a pint of lager costs £4.50 or £5 for a Pilsner. Elsewhere in the market, hot dogs and currywurst can be bought for £4.
Located at the top of Fargate, the Alpine Bar will be open to thirsty shoppers from 10am to 10pm every day until Christmas Eve.
It packs more space for revellers than its predecessor, so no more shivering outside. On-site toilets are also available.
