A Doncaster woman is planning a ‘big night out’ next month to raise money in memory of the young woman killed in the M62 hen night bus crash.
Teresa Parker, from Armthorpe, is taking over the Parklands Ballroom on Wheatley Hall Road on July 10 for a ladies’ night of entertainment.
She is booking a male singer, a drag queen, a comedian, and hopes the grand finale will be a ‘Full Monty’ style strip-tease by a group of male volunteers.
All proceeds from the event will go to the Yorkshire Air Ambulance in memory of Bethany Jones, 18, from South Elmsall. For more details of the show and to buy tickets, at £10 each, give Teresa a call on 07925 232819.
Her 18-year-old son, Nathan, is also taking part in 12-hour bikeathon on July 14 for the same cause.
