You can buy David Beckham's Aston Martin - here’s how much it's selling for
Classic car lovers and football fans are in for the chance to combine their passions, as David Beckham’s Aston Martin has been listed for sale online
The former Manchester United star and England captain is a keen luxury car collector, who owns a range of classic cars, from Rolls-Royces and Ferraris to Bentleys and McLarens.
However, Beckham’s Aston Martin AMV8 Volante is now listed on the online car marketplace, AutoTrader. Although, as expected, there is a catch, and that is the enormous asking price of £445,000.
What are the car’s specifications?
Auto Trader has described the luxury vehicle as a dark red Aston Martin which comes “with cream leather interiors, deep pile carpets and burr walnut interior, and features the sought-after X Pack upgrade for the 5.3-litre engine."
"With a five-speed manual gearbox and 432hp, the V8 can do 0-60mph in 5.3 seconds with a top speed of 170mph,” reads the listing.
Aston Martin collectors will certainly have their eye on the X Pack engine, which is among one of the most appealing selling points, after the famous owner of the car.
The engine, which dates back to the 1980s, boasts over 400 horsepower while the car has been modified to feature an even louder exhaust to let your supercar’s presence on the streets be known.
Will Beckham be there to hand over the keys?
However fans of the footballer may be disappointed to learn that a meet and greet won't be possible alongside purchasing the vehicle. The Beckhams sold the car to its current owner back in 2018, after owning it for 15 years.
