EVER heard of an Italian breakfast fry-up? You can try one at Taste, the upmarket coffee and sandwich bar on Ecclesall Road, Sheffield.
With new boss Marco Zerboni, there’s an Italian flavour to sandwiches and salads and a Northern Italian twist to the traditional English breakfast. In his “Full Italian” he has his own recipe spicy sausages, black pudding with sultanas and onions, bruschetta with a clove of garlic in place of fried bread and Tuscan-style baked beans, using cannellini beans instead.
