Latest road closures in Sheffield as Storm Christoph flood alerts remain in place

Sheffield appears to have emerged relatively unscathed from the worst Storm Christoph could throw at the city.

But following two days of heavy rain, flood alerts remain in place and some roads in Sheffield have been closed.

Sheffield Council said this morning, Thursday, January 21, that the following roads had been closed as a precaution:

Bradfield Road (eastbound)

There are still flood alerts in place on the Lower River Rother, Middle River Don, Upper Derwent in Derbyshire and Upper River Don catchment.
