Where would we be without our wonderful health care system? Here are some great archive pictures going back more than 100 years to show how times have changed over the years.

The pictures have been donated from the city’s archive at Picture Sheffield and show medicine and health care going back to 1888 to 1998 and show never before seen shots taken inside operating theatres and queues of people waiting for the polio vaccine.
