Fargate, a place where Paulo Nutini and Travis have perfomed and where Ced has held his placards up to shoppers for years as well as countless continental and Christmas markets, but how much has changed?

Carmel House is the iconic landmark of the area but there was also Goodwins Fountain which stood proudly on Fargate between 1961 and 1998.
